General Terms and Conditions of Sale – GTCS

These GTCS govern the contractual relationship between TechFox Solutions, represented by Hadrien Occelli, and any individual or company purchasing services. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
1. Company Details
TechFox Solutions – Manager: Hadrien Occelli
Email: techfox.sgtf@gmail.com – Status: Micro-enterprise (in progress)
2. Services Provided
Custom illustration, technology consulting, accessibility audits, accessible website creation. All services require a written quote approved by both parties.
3. Ordering and Payment
Illustrations: 50% upfront, balance upon delivery.
Other services: full payment required in advance.
Payment via bank transfer only
Work begins only after written approval of the quote.
In the event of deferred payment by invoice, payment is due within 7 calendar days from the invoice issue date. In the event of non-payment within this period, the following procedure applies: A first reminder is sent, setting a new 7-day payment deadline. If payment is not received within this period, a second reminder is sent, accompanied by a fixed penalty increase of 10% of the initial invoice amount. Formal notice: In the event of persistent non-payment, a formal formal notice is sent. If the matter is not rectified, the file will be forwarded to a bailiff or a debt collection service, with collection costs being charged to the client.
Cancellation and refund
In the event of cancellation of a service by the Client, cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy. The Service Provider reserves the right to charge these fees.
4. Delivery and Revisions
Deadlines are agreed individually. One free hour of revision is included for illustrations and websites. Deliverables are sent by email or secure link.
5. Website Maintenance
If included: TechFox handles updates.
If not: client manages deployment and domain.
6. Withdrawal Right
As all services are custom and B2B, no withdrawal right applies, unless specifically agreed beforehand.
7. Intellectual Property
TechFox retains copyright. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use. No resale or distribution without written permission. Commercial use may require additional terms.
8. Refunds and Payment Delays
No refund is granted once the project has started. Legal penalties may apply in case of late payment.
9. Force Majeure
TechFox is not liable for delays due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (technical failure, illness, etc.).
10. Disputes
An amicable resolution is preferred. Failing that, only the courts of the provider’s residence shall have jurisdiction.
